Payment Processing is not a job for me, it is my career! Working alongside fellow business owners has been a passion of mine my entire life. That includes working within multiple small family businesses throughout my childhood. After completing my college degree, I pursued a very short career as an NFL Long-snapper as well as in the financial services sector.
My passion for competition and finance definitely guided me to where I am today. I started my first business at the age of 23 and surrounded myself with mentors who would teach me the value of relationships, communication, leadership, and the value of a great customer experience. Yet, most of my lessons were learned from the experience. Over the next 12 years I worked with other business owners as clients, while also navigating the challenges of business ownership myself. What I learned was that business owners need service providers they can trust and count on, so that their energy and passion for what they do is not bogged down worrying about back end operations.

It's simple: I have a passion for helping others. It started when I began organizing and executing various faith-based youth, young adult, and adult mentoring programs. This decade long endeavor brought me great joy and still does, pouring over into my business life as well.
Combined with my degree in Business Administration, I have a unique perspective when it comes to improving business systems, productivity, and a great customer experience. I began to understand small business owners even more when I became one myself.
In 2019, I launched a renovations business with my family, and I found it hard find trusted vendors myself. This led right into my career, partnering alongside business owners establishing long lasting relationships in the payment processing industry. I wanted to be someone business owners could trust. Understanding customer concerns and their business helps me to provide strategic support for each account. Interacting with businesses of all types over a decade of sales experience, I have a robust background in helping people find solutions to their needs.
I was a scholarship athlete at the University of Georgia, where I majored in journalism while competing in football from 2008 to 2010 and completed a B.A. in History at Kennesaw State University. During and after my time at KSU, I refined my skills in inside and outside sales, distribution, and inventory management. I also proudly served as the Head Writer for The 5 Stripes Maven, covering Atlanta United FC and other significant MLS and global soccer developments.
Prior to this, I held the role of Assistant Vice President at ExchangeRight Real Estate, a leading provider of DST 1031 solutions. For the past four years, I have been dedicated to my role as a Payment Specialist at TWC Payments aiming to reduce monthly credit card fees for businesses. Within my portfolio, I manage relationships with prominent companies such as major tractor manufacturers, as well as smaller businesses and e- commerce enterprises.
